Mailing, returns and conditions.
Extract of the general conditions of hiring.

The prices are VAT included.

Payment:
- PayPal
- bank card across Paypal.
- previous transference.

The postage and packing do not include neither the customs offices , as well as tariffs or other taxes that will be paid by the recipient.

Shipments:
Orders will be shipped once payment is received. The time to process a request is usually 48 hours since we receive payment, but our commitment is to serve it in a maximum of 5 working days. It means that is picked up by a transport. Although it is very unlikely that this term, is not met if some order is exceptionally delayed, the user will be notified via email or other means provided to establish contact, in any case will have the user right to any compensation for this cause.
You may cancel the order without charge before leaving our facility.

Returns.
Cancellations: The products commercialized on the web page www. wargfield. com have the cancellation right in 14 days following the reception of the order, at any time. These must be in perfect condition and must be returned in its original packing; past this term we will not admit returns.

If the client is not completely satisfied or has changed opinion with regard to the product in the course of 14 days from the reception of the order, can request the product return , previous notification across our contact form. Must return it to our workshop inside its packing of origin, complete and without having used it. The client must pay the returning transport
We will not pay any unauthorized transport .
The articles must be correctly packed not to deteriorate during the transport . In the opposite case and if because of a defective packing an article comes damaged, this one will be deducted of the amount to be paid.

The refund deadline is 14 days since notification is received. We will proceed to make the repayment of the total amount of the purchase using the same method of payment used by you for the initial transaction; in any case, you will not incur any expense as a result of the refund. We can retain the refund until receipt of the goods, or until you have presented proof of the return of the same, according to what condition is met first.
You must return to us directly the goods, without any undue delay within the period of 14 days from the date you told us their decision of withdrawal from the contract. Shall be deemed fulfilled the term if it carries out the return of the goods in this period of time.

The goods will be reviewed and must be in perfect condition.
Is expressly prohibited its use for the realization of moulds in order to clone parts in the trial period to make a decision on their final acquisition
The difference between delivery mode chosen by the customer when he received the package and the most economical mode offered by us will be not returned.
Only the holder of the Bill will be able to return the goods.

According to article 103 of the 3/2014 law, of 27 March, amending the consolidated text of the General Law is exposed for the defence of consumers and users approved by the Royal Decree legislative 12007, of 16 November, the work of our painting service and other work done by custom made to customer request cannot benefit from this right.

Professionals: they will not be considered as users and final consumers those who acquire, store, use or consume goods or services, in order to integrate them into production processes, transformation, marketing, professional activity or provision to third parties, therefore not benefit from the rights granted to consumers. Wargfield does not accept returns of removal by the companies.

For this purpose can be used, although it is not obligatory, the form below:

Defective product.

In case of the product has been opened and the client detects a defect in manufacture or preparation or a shipment error (and only in these cases) Wargfield can authorize a freight C.O.D. return. Previously you must contact via e-mail with us to receive this authorization.

The deadline for communicating incidents is 24 hours from the receipt of shipment. You will communicate in our contact form.
Once received the e-mail Wargfield will contact the customer to offer a possible solution. In the event of return customer shall have 14 days for shipping no cost only if you follow our instructions.
Wargfield will tell which transport company must go or call for shipping.

C.o.d. transportation companies that are not indicated expressly by Wargfield to carry out the delivery will not be accepted nor payments will be made to the customer for this concept.
Once received the material in our warehouse and reviewed by our staff, will be the payment made if it is appropiate

In Wargfield we submit our items to a vacuum process to eliminate virtually all the bubbles and imperfections and we reject those parts which do not reach a standard of quality,however, it is still possible some occasional bubble. It is not considered manufacturing defects small bubbles or slight imperfections of the manufacturing process of resin as well as bubbles in the back of the pieces.

Our items leave our workshop perfectly wrapped and are tested thoroughly following our commitment to quality by which it is difficult to suffer damage.

If you receive a damaged package, or with signs of having been beaten,write it down when signing the delivery note (it is very important) and less than 24 hours, please contact us otherwise we can do effective claim to transport. We will not accept claims of products presenting external damage if have been accepted at the time of delivery without having followed this procedure.

The right of withdrawal remains valid in case of observing technical problems after delivery and according to the terms established by the law.

Damage or cracks produced by the user due to incorrect handling of articles or lack of care when unpacking them cannot be considered any manufacturing defects.
Once received the material in our warehouse and reviewed by our staff,the paid will be made , if appropriate within a maximum of 14 days.
